The Offices are located on the river Tees with close access to walks, shops and restaurants. The Opportunity We are now recruiting for a Finance Manager. The primary funciton of the role is to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the px Operations business, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust financial controls, and compliance with statutory requirements. The role supports strategic decision‑making through high‑quality financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. You’ll be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports for several statutory entities Deliver timely financial analysis and commentary to senior management Monitor financial performance against budget and highlight variances Oversee cash flow forecasting and management for several statutory entites Monitor and improve working capital Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies Proactive line management of at least three direct reports including: Creation management of team members’ development plans More responsibilities can be found in the Role Profile.
