Client Representative – Offshore Foundations Installation
Location: Grimsby, England, United Kingdom.
We are seeking a Client Representative on behalf of a leading developer in the offshore renewable energy sector to support operations and logistics for the HOW03 project.
Key Responsibilities
* Compliance Oversight: Review and ensure offshore foundation installation works aligns with approved RAMS, Management of Change (MoC), QHSE and schedule requirements.
* Daily Progress Reporting: Track vessel and installation progress, prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and ensure signatures from all required parties.
* Coordination: Act as point of contact among client, contractors and stakeholders; attend daily meetings and toolbox talks.
* QHSE Oversight: Participate in safety walks, monitor incident reports and assist in timely resolution of issues.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections, document quality issues and support corrective actions.
* Documentation: Maintain records (logs, incidents, deviations), review as‑built reports and submit required reports promptly.
* Timesheets: Verify and sign employment personnel timesheets for contractors.

Qualifications
Offshore wind experience with a focus on foundation installation, strong knowledge of RAMS, offshore QHSE practices and installation best practices.
Required QHSE and Offshore Certifications
* GWO courses: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, Enhanced First Aid (EFA), Fire Awareness, Manual Handling
* Medical certificate including Chester Step test
* HUET, STCW 2010, OPITO or BOSIET and EBS (STASS, HEED or EBS)
* IOSH Managing Safely or similar HSE training
Preferred Certifications and Experience
* Previous experience from Ørsted offshore installation scopes
* Marine awareness qualifications required by the package role
* IT proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel and internet); Ørsted DPR and Synergi familiarity
Reporting
The Client Representative reports to the Offshore Foundation Installation Manager and collaborates with the Ørsted offshore installation team, engineering, QHSE and Technical Quality Team.
