Role Overview:
As a Customer Account Manager at Certas Energy, you will maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer experience through consultative selling, strong account management, up/cross-selling, and new customer acquisition. Your role involves using negotiation skills to increase margins within your customer portfolio, working in a quality-focused environment that aims to exceed customer expectations through teamwork, professionalism, and effective communication.
