Staffline are recruiting Tonne drivers for our client based in Scunthorpe.
PAYE rates for the Tonne driving role are as follows:
- £ Per Hour
- £ after 48 hours (completion of training see below)
Drivers must be able to attend and complete the below training:
- 0900 Tuesday 15th April: Assessment, Theory and Drug and Alcohol test
- 0700 Wednesday16th April: Inductions SSOWS
- 0700 Thursday 17th April: Day 2 SSOW
- 0700 Friday 18th April: Day on road training
You must have relevant experience and qualification to drive Minimum 8 hours per shift or hours weekly for full time (5 over 7). We are delighted to offer full time ongoing work on days with 5 shifts a week. Paid assessments, real temp - perm opportunities for those wanting to work directly for our prestigious clients.
Your Time at Work
As a Tonne driver, the work will involve home delivery work. Delivering customer orders direct to their homes or delivery addresses. Working as a two-man team (driver and mate), you'll deliver products from the ARGOS range to around 30 customers each day. Ensuring health and safety is followed at all time. Being a retail operation, this operation delivers all year round and will provide each driver with a long-term ongoing assignment. In return for your commitment, we can offer guaranteed shifts and start times that suit you.
Part time Tonne drivers are also welcome to apply.
Our Perfect Worker
- Must have relevant experience driving vehicles
- Must have relevant qualification to drive - C1 licence
- No more than 6 points
- Digi card and DQC
- Be able to work as part of a small team
- Multi drop driving experience
