The company turns over more than £800million globally. The company deliver orders which are in the thousands per Day. This is done through state-of-the-art machines including cranes, conveyor systems, shuttle systems and robots. I'm looking for someone who is looking to make and instant impact on a site by taking control of the Maintenance function. The Role Your day to day responsibilities as a Engineering Administrator will include: Manage stores inventory, stock levels, and ordering of engineering spares. Maintain consumables, COSHH records, stationery, PPE, and uniforms. Order and manage tools, equipment, and workshop supplies. Check deliveries, handle repairs, and liaise with suppliers. Monitor budgets, track spending, and approve invoices. Support service contract renewals and maintenance planning. Organise workshop repair activities and Job in a Box work. Maintain high housekeeping (5S) and Health & Safety standards. Support Engineering Team Leaders and maintenance operations. Track, analyse, and report on role-related KPIs.
