About the business
This is a high-growth, founder-led recruitment technology business building a platform designed to replace traditional job boards, agencies, and noise with something far simpler and more intelligent.
The platform matches candidates and employers using AI across skills, experience, salary expectations, availability, and intent. Candidates remain anonymous until there is a genuine match. Employers receive a highly curated shortlist of five high-quality, pre-screened candidates, typically within 72 hours.

The product is already live, with thousands of candidates on the platform and a growing base of paying clients across the UK. The business is now making one of its first commercial hires to help scale properly.
The role
This is not a typical sales role. You will be one of the first people selling the platform, working directly with the founders and helping define how the business goes to market.
You will sell to:
* CFOs and Finance Directors
* Global Talent Leads and Heads of HR
* Founders and CEOs of well-funded, fast-growing businesses
These buyers care about cost, speed, quality, and signal over noise.
