This role is responsible for ensuring that the internal policies and procedures are compliant with legal requirements, aligned with best practices, and effectively support the Company’s strategic objectives.
The individual will lead the design and implementation of policies and procedures aligned with regulations and business strategies. This role includes conducting research, presenting findings to senior leaders, and providing guidance on policy application. They will collaborate with compliance, legal, and risk teams, assess workflows, and recommend enhancements for efficiency and governance.
The ideal candidate will be confident, collaborative, and highly analytical, with experience in policy development and a passion for driving operational effectiveness. A solid understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management is crucial.
