We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Training & HR Advisor to join a well established manufacturing business. This role plays a critical part in delivering people development strategy, supporting the growth and progression of their workforce. Key Responsibilities: Support the rollout of mandatory training, onboarding, and induction programmes. Ensure all HR Systems are maintained and kept up to date with accurate information. Coordinate and support engagement activity on site, including localised event and working with external partners Advise managers on coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for their teams. Champion a learning culture by promoting internal mobility and continuous professional development. Required Experience: Proven experience in a Learning & Development, HR, or training-focused role Experience delivering both face-to-face and virtual training sessions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS). Ideally you will have gained, or will be working towards a CIPD Qualification, however this is not essential This is a site based role and therefore will require a driving license due to inaccessibility via public transport.
