Title: Events Administrator
Location: Burgess Hill, UK (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description
To support the Events Team who are responsible for organising internal and external events, ranging in scale from 6 - 600 people, third-party exhibitions, and small-scale national and international customer visits.
Responsibilities
* Support with venue sourcing, booking, and coordination, including site visits
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
* Support with the design of customer facing materials, adhering to brand guidelines and approval processes.
* Keeping track of event budgets.
* Raising POs and managing payments.
* On-site event and delegate management.
* Support with event risk assessments and other health and safety documentation.
* Support post-event activities, including evaluations, reporting, and compiling feedback to help improve future events.
Event communications
* Set up and design registration forms and event websites using Cvent.
* Support Marketing colleagues to design and send out event communications (registration emails, reminders, event details, pre-event joining instructions).
* Post-event communications, such as feedback surveys.
