The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth
* Answer and route incoming calls and emails
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Help coordinate office supply ordering and kitchen restocking
* Support meeting room scheduling, office equipment upkeep, and workspace tidiness
* Assist with planning internal events and team gatherings
* Serve as a go-to resource for day-to-day office needs

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Experience with Microsoft Office and comfort learning basic office systems
