We are now looking for an experienced, self‑motivated Self‑Employed Account Manager to join our team and manage the Oxfordshire and Wiltshire territory (OX and SN postcode areas). This is a fully commission‑based, self‑employed opportunity with realistic on‑target earnings of £100,000+ per year – ideal for someone with an existing client book and strong relationships in the financial services or asset finance sector.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing and growing your own portfolio of clients across the Oxfordshire and Wiltshire region
* Building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with business owners, dealers, and brokers
* Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads within the territory
* Providing tailored asset finance solutions to meet client needs
* Working closely with our underwriting and support teams to deliver seamless service
* Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Representing the company at local networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings

Requirements

* Strong knowledge of the Oxfordshire and Wiltshire market
* Full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across the territory
* FCA authorisation or experience working within FCA‑regulated environments
* Established relationships with motor dealers, plant hire companies, or commercial vehicle suppliers in the region
