Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Project Manager located in Crewe. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Projects department for all construction projects that will tend to be Design & Build JCTs. Daily tasks include managing contracts, multiple project timelines and resource planning, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with subcontractors, and communicating progress updates to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and synchronise detailed project programmes, budgets, and dashboards
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and consultants
* Ensure real-time reporting of deliverables, milestones, and risks
* Chair meetings and maintain accurate project documentation
* Oversee procurement, valuations, variations, and design pack communication
* Serve as a trusted liaison with high-value stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
* Skills in Project and Contracts Management
* Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
* Proficiency in budgeting related to construction projects
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
