PVS is a fast-paced growing business within the fleet sector. PVS Fleet primarily offers the following services to external clients ranging from large corporates down to SMEs.

* Consultancy projects for a range of clients from SMEs to large corporates.
Fleet Coordinator:
* As a fleet coordinator you will work closely with your line manager and within a wider team.
* You will have an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook,
* First class communication skills in a fast pace setting.
* The ability to manage and change to daily/weekly tasks.
* A good understanding of financial information.
* Be able to maintain high levels of professionalism whilst building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
* Be able to multitask and prioritise your work load on a daily basis in a fast pace setting.
* A passion for efficiency and continuous improvement.
Tasks to include but not limited to:
* Deal with vehicle administration ensuring a high standard is met.
* Ensuring vehicles are compliant by completing proactive maintenance work i.e. booking in MOT and services.
* Dealing with PCN's, Speeding fines.
* Liaise with external stakeholders to maintain good business relationships.
* Maintain and manage paperwork and systems for fleet data.
* Assist other internal teams with works needed.
* Vehicle allocations, keeping them up to date due to the fast turn around.
* Review invoices from suppliers, manage fuel cards, HMRC requests and vehicle tax/MOT requirements.
* Pull together data to provide relevant and informative management information.
* Manage vehicles whole life from procuring vehicles, to implementing those vehicles into the fleet, managing them whilst on the road and dispose of them at the end of its life.
* Implementing new vehicles into the fleet ensuring they have the necessary builds and fit outs included in the vehicle, ensuring this is being managed with appropriate timeframes
