About the Senior HR Advisor Role: We’re looking for someone who’s been there, done it, and knows their way around employee relations and supporting managers to get things right. You’ll deliver a professional HR service across Forge Holiday Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring HR practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with policies, employment law, and best practice. What You’ll Do: Deliver professional HR support across Forge Holiday Group and its subsidiaries Advise managers on ER cases: sickness, performance, disciplinary, grievance, flexible working, TUPE, redundancy, and restructures Coach and support HR Advisors and managers, building skills, confidence, and capability across the organisation Keep policies fresh, fair, and compliant with legislation and best practice Collaborate with Recruitment, Payroll, L&D, and H&S for joined-up People magic Deliver line manager training and embed HR best practice Stay sharp on employment law, HR trends, and emerging people practices What You’ll Bring: Proven HR/ER experience – advising managers, managing cases, and leading HR initiatives Ability to challenge and improve the “way it’s always been done” Love for problem-solving and making work better for people CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience, with strong technical HR knowledge Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation Bonus Points if you have Experience leading TUPE, restructures, and redundancy processes Experience delivering HR/leadership training to line managers Experience managing an operational, ER-focused HR team Forge Holiday Group Benefits: Annual bonus scheme 33 days holiday ( up to 5 extra days with long service) Birthday day off Two paid volunteering days per year Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Leave (24 weeks maternity, 3 weeks paternity at 100% pay) On-site gym & Chester HQ parking Hybrid working & flexible working policy Health cash plan, wellbeing discounts, and 24/7 mental health support Training & development pathways to support your career goals Exclusive discounts on holiday stays for you, family, and friends And more We’re all about diversity, inclusion, and bringing your authentic self to work.
