This firm is part of a growing group of IFAs, and has several offices across the North West. Their main headquarters is based near Chorley, which is a very busy office where you will support the financial advisers and the wider team. The firm was awarded chartered status many years ago and has won numerous other awards for being a top employer and great place to work.
Description
As IFA Administrator, you will join an experienced team, and be responsible for:
Processing new business applications
Preparing client packs for meetings, as well as client review list for advisers
Preparing client valuations and supporting documentation
Preparing cases for paraplanning
Ensuring letters of authority requests are sent on time
Providing an efficient and effective administration service
Processing dealing instructions and new business applications
Obtaining valuations and assisting in producing update reports
Monitoring and chasing up applications and other transactions across various platforms and providers
Processing client instructions and dealing with any queries or issuesProfile
The successful applicant for this role must have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm ideally
Strong work ethic and good attitude
Strong administration skill set with a high level of attention to detail
Great communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
Up to date with current FCA Legislation would be ideal
