As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist:
1. Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff
2. Coordinating urgent and routine repairs and maintenance
3. Liaising with trades people/contractors and keeping customers up to date
4. Organising safety inspections and managing remedial works
5. Liaising with landlords following regular property visits
6. Assisting customers with general tenancy queries
7. Carrying out weekly partnership calls with colleagues and welcome calls with new customers
8. Dealing promptly and courteously to communication with landlord, tenants, contractors, and internal partners
