What We Are Looking For 5 years' PQE with strong, hands-on experience across all areas of residential conveyancing A background in supervising, mentoring, or supporting junior team members Confidence in managing a high-volume caseload, ensuring files progress efficiently while maintaining exceptional client care The ability to support and strengthen the team's performance, contributing to a department that handles around 100 new monthly instructions A commitment to upholding and contributing to the firm's various professional accreditations and quality standards Role Responsibilities Residential Conveyancing to oversee and manage a diverse and active caseload, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Help to Buy transactions Remortgages New build conveyancing Lease extensions Buy-to-let matter In addition to fee-earning responsibilities, you will play a central role in managing team workflow, supporting junior colleagues, ensuring compliance, and helping to develop best practices across the department.
