My client is a well-established company that creates and distributes products across the world. They are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their existing team. As a Maintenance Manager, your role will focus on leading and motivating the engineering team across the Worcester site.
Maintenance Manager Responsibilities;
1. Lead and motivating the engineering team
2. Review and improve manufacturing processes
3. Managing factory CI projects and factory installations
4. Ensuring that all engineering tasks are completed in a timely manner
5. Create and implement a maintenance engineering strategy
6. Recruit, train and develop the engineering team
7. Provide technical support to the wider team
Maintenance Manager Experience;
8. Previous experience working in a Maintenance Manager or equivalent position
9. Experienced working within food production would be advantageous
10. Experienced in SAP or a similar ERP system
11. Must be a team player
12. Excellent communication skills are essential
13. Must have a CI/Lean approach
