We are now looking for freelance Junior Designers to assist the Marketing Department on a wide range of creative projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Marketing team in developing marketing and branding materials across social media, digital, print, and presentations.
* Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Senior Marketing Lead to create visual concepts that align with the charity's strategic vision.
* Ensure brand consistency across all outputs.
* Stay up to date with industry and design trends, as well as emerging tools.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva.
* Strong design skills across layout, typography, and colour theory.
* Demonstrable experience working to creative briefs.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Collaborative mindset.
