Job Purpose RWS is looking for an experienced and driven Events Marketing Executive to support the planning, organisation and delivery of various company-run and industry events at home and abroad. The successful candidate will have fantastic communication skills (both written and verbal), a friendly demeanour, be a team player, have a keen eye for detail and exhibit exceptional organisation skills. This is an exciting position for an enthusiastic, hands-on candidate interested in taking on a role within a fast-paced environment. It offers a unique opportunity to develop event project management skills and digital marketing expertise in a global setting. Key Responsibilities Support the events team to deliver a high number of events, all of which support the company’s commercial and strategic objectives Maintain an active list of events across the business and keep stakeholders abreast of changes Research and implement creative lead generation activities and event themes Collate information to promote events across all social media platforms Coordinate logistical and administrative tasks associated with event delivery Ensure all event collateral is consistent and on-brand Budget management Evaluate event performance and facilitate ROI event-reporting Be an active participant at our events, taking on responsibility for tasks such as; registration, event set-up, taking delegate queries, booth management and colleague coordination. Skills & Experience Educated to a degree level or equivalent work experience Proven project coordination experience Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to collaborate with others Strong grammar and proofreading skills Highly organised and an ability to work to tight deadlines Knowledge of a marketing automation tool, preferable Hubspot and a CRM system, preferably Salesforce is desierable but not essential Competent with all Microsoft Office packages Ability to speak a second language is very beneficial but not essential A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic together Willingness to travel Life at RWS - If you like the idea of working with smart people who are passionate about growing the value of ideas, data and content by making sure organizations are understood, then you’ll love life at RWS.
