As Paid Search Executive, you'll support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns, working closely with the wider Performance team to drive performance and meet ambitious business objectives.
Assist in developing and executing paid search strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, managing campaigns that drive meaningful customer acquisition and engagement.
Monitor and optimise campaign performance against key metrics including CTR, CPC, and ROI, using data insights to continuously improve results and identify growth opportunities.
Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights, communicating campaign results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid search, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to campaign management.
1-2 years' experience in a paid search or digital marketing role, with hands-on campaign management experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms.
~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions that improve performance and ROI.
~ Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, with an understanding of how to track and measure campaign success across the customer journey.
~ Google Ads certification is desirable, and experience working in financial services or another regulated industry would be advantageous.
