Job Title: Account Manager – Commercial Signage
Location: Guildford (typically 3-4 days per week). Coverage: South East (typically 1-2 days per week).
Responsibilities
* Build relationships with existing clients for high quality manufactured signage products.
* Project manage, ensuring timely and professional completion of projects.
* Proactively call accounts to inform them of new product ranges and provide consultative advice to grow revenue.
* Respond to incoming sales enquiries by telephone and email.
* Create proposals and quotations, identify opportunities and service accounts as required.
* Develop strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers and clients.
* Work closely with the internal team and existing account managers.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in the signage sector, ideally on commercial projects.
* Proven track record in account management, relationship building and project management.
* Competent and able to resolve most customer queries independently.
* Comfortable using telephone and liaising with customers.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and organisational skills.
* IT literate (Microsoft Office).
* Driven, hungry, and adaptable individual.
