Role Overview: As a Behaviour Specialist, you will work closely with pupils who have ASD and related behavioural needs, helping them to engage in learning and achieve their full potential. You’ll develop tailored strategies, deliver targeted support, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a safe, structured and positive environment.
