Key Responsibilities
7. Identify unmet health and social care needs and translate these into focused innovation programmes.
8. Lead end‑to‑end programme and project delivery, from opportunity assessment through to evaluation and benefits realisation.
9. Produce accurate reports, monitor progress, and ensure programmes achieve defined outputs, oues and impacts.
10. Coach, mentor and support team members, ensuring strong performance and alignment with strategic aims.
11. Work collaboratively across internal teams to align intelligence, partnerships,munications and economic development activities.
