Dynamic role for someone with experience selling into engineering, manufacturing, automotive, or construction. Average deal values between £30,000 - £150,000: Selling engineering solutions.
Understanding of selling into one of these sectors is essential!
You must have a new business flair but also be able to manage existing accounts and grow them.
Focus on high-quality bespoke solutions, cross-selling other group services and solutions.
It’s all about revenue generation, new account acquisition, and account development.
We are looking for a proactive, new business hunter who wants to make this role their own!
SME mentality (not corporate) required. Hands-on self-starter!
Based at Warwickshire HQ (SME Group UK Manufacturer with £30m T/O).
Candidate Profile:
* 5+ years selling technical / engineering solutions into UK manufacturing
* Contacts and experience in Automotive, Construction, or Manufacturing sectors
* Field sales, new business, self-starter with a growth mentality
* Positive, driven personality with a strong work ethic
* Mechanical qualification is a bonus but not essential
* Ability to engage target customers effectively
* Self-motivated, transparent, down-to-earth, strong communicator
* Reporting to the Sales Director
