Our client based near Sevenoaks is looking for a Part Time TaxAdministrator to join their team. You'll join a small, friendly and relaxedaccountancy practice where you'll support the tax team with administrative andsecretarial duties as well as supporting with some basic tax work and enquiries.
Their clients range from directors of owner managed businessesthrough to high-net-worth individuals and they handle everything from annualself-assessment tax returns to remuneration planning, capital gains tax andinheritance tax.
We're offering an exciting opportunity to join ourwell-established firm and support our tax department with variousadministrative and secretarial tasks. You'll be involved in tax administration,secretarial duties, general administrative tasks, and company secretarialduties.
Day to day tax administrative and secretarial duties toinclude:
1. Providing support to the tax department in dealing withclient calls and queries
2. Assistance with HMRC related tasks administration, andtelephone calls
3. Providing secretarial support to the tax department toinclude letter and report typing, email management and screening
4. Client on-boarding and database management
5. Attending and supporting the tax manager with client meetings
6. Client invoicing
