Overview

Castle Bromwich Junior School, a welcoming and inclusive junior school with 470 enthusiastic pupils, is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team.

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, are you an organised, proactive and friendly professional looking to make a real difference in a vibrant school community?


About the role

As our Office Manager, you will be at the heart of our school’s operations. You’ll manage the school office, support the leadership team, coordinate educational visits and school trips, act as first aider, upload policies, and oversee our MIS system. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working in a busy school environment.


Responsibilities

* Has excellent administrative and organisational skills
* Is confident managing school trips and acting as our Educational Visits Coordinator
* Holds (or is willing to gain) a first aid qualification
* Has experience managing or using a school MIS system
* Can communicate effectively and work well under pressure


Qualificatons

* First aid qualification or willingness to obtain one
* Experience with a school MIS system or willingness to learn
* Strong administrative and organisational abilities
