About the Role:
Are you a creative thinker? Do you want to work with an industry-leading global brand and one of the most recognisable household names in the UK? We are offering an exciting Graduate Marketing opportunity within the Numatic Marketing & Communications team, providing hands-on experience in marketing, e-commerce, creative production, and video production.
This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both our commercial and consumer brands, working on campaigns that reach a world-wide audience. Whether you have a background in marketing or a creative field, we are looking for ambitious, energetic individuals with a genuine enthusiasm for the industry.
You will gain experience in:
* Assisting in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
* Supporting e-commerce initiatives, including website content management and online sales strategies.
* Contributing to creative production, including photography, graphic design, and social media content.
* Assisting with video production, from concept development to editing and publishing.
* Collaborating with teams across the business to maintain brand consistency and messaging.
* Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning.
What we're looking for?
We welcome applications from graduates with both creative and marketing backgrounds. The main requirements are:
* A genuine interest in marketing and creative production.
* Strong ambition, enthusiasm, and energy.
* A creative mindset with the ability to generate and develop engaging ideas.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* A proactive approach with attention to detail.
* Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms (desirable but not essential).
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, or content creation (a plus but not required).

SALARY: £30,649 per year

This role will be based at our Head Office campus in the heart of Somerset, in Chard.
