Our client, a reputable and well-established automotive workshop in Winchester, Hampshire, is currently looking to recruit an experienced MOT Tester & Technician to join their busy, professional team.

Our client is offering the successful MOT Tester & Technician:
5. Salary Offered – Up to £40,000 depending on experience
6. OTE with bonus – potential earnings of £50,000 or higher
7. Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30, no weekends!

Duties of an MOT Tester & Technician with our client include:
11. Conducting MOT tests to the required standards with a valid MOT licence
12. Performing vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
13. Carrying out brake, clutch, and timing belt replacements
14. Fault diagnosis using modern diagnostic tools and software
15. Ensuring workshop standards and health & safety compliance are maintained
What our client expects from their MOT Tester & Technician:
16. Valid MOT tester’s licence – recent testing experience preferred or DVSA update
17. Full UK driving licence
18. A proactive approach and positive attitude towards work
19. Motivated to develop technical skills and career advancement
20. A commitment to maintaining workshop standards and customer satisfaction
21. NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent preferred
22. Motivated team player with good communication skills
