Joining us as a Trainee Sales Specialist/ Sales Support, you will not only be driven to meet and exceed sales objectives but also keen to ensure that the highest degree of customer satisfaction is provided to every customer, every time. Your role is all about helping our customers find the right car and building up strong, positive relationships with them through every step of the process. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. The most important thing is you will be a member of a knowledgeable, driven team that understands what you stand for. Daily responsibilities include; Ensure the display areas both inside and outside are neat, tidy and attractive with all point of sale in place and up to date. To create videos and upload to the website on all used vehicles. Generally help out in the sales department to ensure our standards are being met and open to scrutiny / inspection from the Brand. Liaise with the Sales team for clear communication of priorities on a daily basis. Continue to develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors. To participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales penetration and to take part fully in on and off site promotions run by the department. Training towards being a qualified Skoda Sales Specialist.
