The Role

We are currently seeking a motivated Membership Services Consultant to join the team.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment making a high volume of outbound calls to members who are considering leaving the club or who have missed a payment. Your main objective will be to support the retention of members by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.

You will be part of a dynamic outbound calling team where the focus is on maintaining strong member relationships and supporting the overall growth and stability of the business.


Key Responsibilities

* Make high-volume outbound calls to members regarding membership retention and missed payments.
* Engage with members to understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
* Work proactively to reduce membership cancellations and improve retention.
* Maintain accurate records of member interactions and follow-up actions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support membership retention strategies.
* Deliver excellent customer service while achieving retention targets.


About You

Skills & Experience

* Experience in high-volume outbound calling within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with members.
* Ability to manage your own workload and use initiative effectively.
* Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to retain and grow membership revenue.
* Previous experience in the health and leisure industry is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
