Find Out More About Ricoh Today What you will be doing Responsible for coordinating and delivering customer visits to the GC Demonstration Centres and trade show environments, ensuring equipment is always correctly maintained and well presented. Ensuring that demonstrations are delivered to the highest quality to demonstrate the functionality of the hardware products and associated software to customers at the appropriate point in the sales cycle. To support both the direct and indirect channel with consultancy and training, taking the technical lead in designing hardware centric solutions, advising both sales colleagues and customers alike on appropriate configurations and workflows. Responsible for solution design, turning customer requirements into deliverable hardware configurations incorporating finishing equipment as appropriate in order to assist with winning business. Work with the software architects to deliver end-to-end solutions in line with the customers’ needs and contribute to / generate proposals and responses to Request for Proposals. Provide support, ensuring 100% compliance with the ESG processes for the agreed Ricoh ESG solution and Services, including supporting Sales calls, presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, assessment services and production of proposals, iQuotes. This includes ownership of all technical documentation in relation to technical design documentation and the Statement of Work document process from creation through to customer approvals, to ensure governance and smooth delivery of all projects. Work with Sales to identify next steps for opportunities within each account and promote all Ricoh products and services through to sales to maximize revenue streams, in order to protect and increase profitable services revenue. Ensure successful deployments of Ricoh’s solutions with a view to retaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. This may require onsite engagement in Graphic Communication implementations. To assist, as required, with Solutions Training and Solutions Support to ensure skill levels are maintained based on current and future requirements to maximise customer satisfaction. Responsible for running formal and chargeable customer education on hardware and associated software generating additional revenue for the Graphic Communications division. To look at customer education requirements and work with the wider teams to schedule timely customer training in line with device installation and commissioning dates. You will ideally have Detailed working knowledge of Ricoh production colour and mono technologies and techniques Detailed working knowledge of all Ricoh production hardware and 3rd party hardware resold by Ricoh. High level knowledge of the Ricoh branded software and services portfolio. High level knowledge of 3rd party hardware, software and services portfolio.
