We're now looking for a Transport First Line Manager to take the helm of our daily transport operations
WHAT YOU'LL DO?
* Take the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers
* Innovate & Optimise: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success. Your ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve
* Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
* Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best
WHAT YOU'LL BRING?
* Can lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship
* Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Previous people management experience
* Previous Transport Experience is ideal but not essential
