This is an excellent opportunity to work in a precision-driven environment where quality and continuous improvement are the main focus. Experience Strong experience in machining and precision engineering, ideally within an aerospace environment. Proficiency in CNC machining, including setting and operating machinery. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. A keen eye for detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy. Experience with bonded metals and consumable stock management is a plus. Numerate and literate – Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English. A proactive team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
