SEN Administrator – Temporary to Permanent Position
Location: Melksham, Wiltshire

About Us: Prospero Teaching is committed to providing exceptional education and support to students with special educational needs. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Administrator to join our team.
Role Overview: As an SEN Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our SEN department. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with staff, parents, and external agencies, and ensuring that all documentation and records are accurately maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the SEN department, including document management, scheduling meetings, and communicating with stakeholders.
2. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to SEN provision.
3. Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure that all necessary adjustments and accommodations are made for SEN students.
4. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
5. Support the school’s commitment to inclusivity and the welfare of all students.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
6. Proven administrative experience, ideally within a school or educational setting.
7. Knowledge of SEN provision and regulations is highly desirable.
8. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Additional Requirements:
11. Must be able to provide 2 years of referencing.
12. Successful completion of a DBS check is required before commencement of employment.
