About this opportunity
You'll begin your journey in one of our branches, providing face‑to‑face support to our customers. You will learn, grow and develop within an inclusive organisation with genuine values focused on putting people first and making a difference to customers, businesses and communities.
Over time, opportunities may arise to transition into other roles such as helping customers over the phone from home, delivering remote service via social media, web‑chat or video calls.
Grow Your Career with Our Skill Progression Framework
We ask all new colleagues to spend a minimum of 12 months in a customer‑service role to master new skills, manage more complex customer needs and earn accreditations through our framework. This builds a deep understanding of customers, services and the values that drive us. After this foundation, we support the exploration of a range of career opportunities across the Group, including Digital, Operations, Fraud, Financial Planning and leadership roles.
