Property Consultant Paragon Properties, Dubai (Sports City Office)

Paragon Properties is seeking motivated and ambitious Property Consultants to join our fast-growing team in Sports City, Dubai. Whether you're experienced in real estate or looking to take your sales career to the next level, we offer a platform designed for high performance, growth, and success.

Role Overview

As a Property Consultant, you will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, renting, or investing in Dubais real estate market. Youll be supported by industry-leading training, fresh qualified leads, and full marketing and administrative backing.

Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in real estate transactions, whether buying, selling, or renting properties.
Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial considerations to provide personalized advice.
Conduct market research and analysis to determine the value of properties
Provide clients with accurate and competitive pricing recommendations.
Assist sellers in preparing and listing their properties for sale.
Create marketing materials, such as property listings, photos, and virtual tours.
Utilize various marketing channels to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
Assist buyers in identifying properties that meet their criteria.
Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers.
Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for both buyers and sellers.
Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documents.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
Build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including other agents, mortgage brokers, and real estate attorneys.
Educate clients about current market conditions, financing options, and the overall process of buying or selling a property.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the real estate transaction.
Stay informed about changes in real estate laws, regulations, and market trends through ongoing education.
Effectively manage time and workload to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate preferred but not required)
UAE drivers license and access to a car (preferred)
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Hindi are a plus
Well-presented, confident, and results-driven
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism
