In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting young people as they take steps toward independence. You'll build positive, professional relationships, help create a welcoming community atmosphere, and guide individuals as they work towards the goals that matter most to them.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day running of supported accommodation, ensuring high standards of safety and comfort.
Manage a caseload, providing structured support planning and guidance.
Support young people with housing-related tasks, including communication with local Housing Options teams.
Support young people to build confidence, sustain volunteering or employment, and maintain future tenancies.
Provide guidance on independent living, finances, relationships, and life skills.
Who we are looking for
Motivated, Compassionate and Experience Support Worker
A driving Licence would be essential.
Able to commit to full-time work Monday-Friday
