Experience, Training and Qualifications
8. Strong administrative background, ideally within a school or education setting
9. Experience managing and maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR) is essential
10. GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths
11. Confident using Microsoft Office and school MIS systems
12. Excellent literacy, numeracy, and written communication skills
13. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
14. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities
15. Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
16. Understanding of safeguarding, data protection, and equality policies
