Masstrmps is currently seeking a Rolling Operator to join a dynamic manufacturing team based in Wolverhampton. This is a permanent, salaried role operating a cold roll forming (rolling mill) machine, offering excellent job security and long-term career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting up and operating rolling mill machinery efficiently and safely
* Monitoring production processes to ensure consistent, high-quality output
* Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimise downtime
* Interpreting and working accurately from technical drawings and specifications
Essential Experience:
Proven experience working with rolling mill machinery is required.
Position Details:
* Salary: £30,420 per annum
* Hours: 39 hours per week
* Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
* Contract Type: Permanent (not temporary to permanent)
