Are you passionate about renewable energy and looking to make a real impact? Viessmann is on the hunt for a Renewables Product Manager to lead the charge in developing, managing, and optimizing our exciting product portfolio, including air-to-water heat pumps and solar energy systems (PV and/or thermal) from Toshiba, Carrier, and Viessmann.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure the commercial success and technical relevance of our products, aligning them with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals. You will be the key interface between factory, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, driving innovation, market positioning, and lifecycle management.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market research to uncover customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful development and launch of new products.
* Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
* Develop and implement go-to-market plans, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
* Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring products remain competitive and meet customer expectations.
* Develop and manage the product line’s budget, including forecasting, pricing strategies, and cost control.
What We’re Looking For
* Industry experience in heating/installations with a solid understanding of commercial systems.
* Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
* Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a focus on quality and profitability.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to negotiate and influence others.
* Excellent IT skills; experience with Microsoft/Google tools is a plus.
* Familiarity with CRM software, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and proficiency in product management tools.
