Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term / Supply
Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (depending on experience and role)
Simply Education is recruiting caring and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils in primary schools across the Grantham area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in a child's educational journey by providing personalised, focused support.
About the Role:
* Work on a 1:1 basis with pupils who may have additional learning needs or require extra support
* Assist in delivering tailored learning activities set by the class teacher or SENCO
* Encourage pupils' confidence, participation, and independence
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Work closely with teaching staff and parents to support progress and development
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience supporting children in a school or SEN setting (desirable)
* A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
* Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 (preferred but not essential) xsngvjr
