About the Role
As Nursery Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional early years care and education in line with the EYFS framework. Your mission is to create a safe, fun, and stimulating learning environment where children can explore, develop, and thrive.

About Busy Bees Cheltenham Prestbury Road
Our Cheltenham Prestbury Road nursery, rated “Good” by Ofsted, cares for up to 64 children and is known for its strong, progressive approach to early years education. We pride ourselves on being a vibrant part of the local community with regular visits to parks, the local library, and community activities. Conveniently located a short walk from Cheltenham town centre with access to public transport and local shops. Free staff parking is available.

About You
* Passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager focused on delivering high standards of childcare and early years education
* Resourceful, commercially minded with strong leadership and excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
Qualifications And Experience
* NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education
