Position: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Swindon
Type of work: permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work for a highly regulated manufacturing company based in Swindon.
Responsibilities
* Carry out day to day maintenance, fault finding, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems across manufacturing equipment and newly warehouse automated equipment.
* Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns, working under pressure to restore operations.
* Maintain the records of all maintenance activities and work completed.
* Undertake PPM activities
* Monitor performance of machines after maintenance has been carried out
Requirements
* Hands-on maintenance experience with both electrical and mechanical equipment
* Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex machinery issues efficiently. 18th Edition would be advantageous
* Time served or apprentice trained in engineering discipline
* Open minded and focused as you will be working with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Must have the right to work in UK, no sponsorship provided for this role.
* Previous experience in manufacturing environment is essential for this role ideally within just in time or automotive or aerospace or medical manufacturing or FMCG.
