Summary:
Winfield Hospital is one of Gloucestershire's leading private hospitals, located on the outskirts of the City of Gloucester. It is situated off the Northern Ring Road with excellent road and rail links. The hospital opened in 1992 and currently has 39 beds including thirty four single rooms all with en-suite facilities.
The role:
We have a great new opportunity for a Administrative Assistant to join our Scanning team at Winfield Hospital, based in Gloucester. You will be an integral part of the team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.
The team is extremely busy and needs someone with proven high quality customer service skills, a commitment to focusing on accuracy and delivery whilst maintaining the necessary speed to ensure all tasks are completed daily.
You must be committed to upholding hospital policies and procedures and be fully IT proficient.
Skills & Attributes:
1. Previous Admin experience
2. Ability to make decisions and use your initiative
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - face to face, via email and telephone.
4. Fast and efficient computer skills
5. Passion to deliver excellent customer service
6. Excellent multi-tasking skills
