Head: £32,000 – £36,000 p/a+ bonus
Sous: £27,000 – £30,000 p/a+ tronc
Junior Sous: £24,000 – £27,000 p/a+ tronc

The Role
Being accountable for all food stocks on site
Maintain all equipment in the kitchen to company standard reporting when it requires maintenance
Leading by example when serving food to our guests, ensuring that standards and service spec are always followed for a great guest experience
Following and implementing the health and safety and food safety policies
Setting your team up for success, delegate and follow up with your chefs consistently and often, coaching and giving feedback

Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality
Formal qualifications are welcomed
Experience with Caribbean/Cajun cuisine is required
Guest focused
Keen eye for detail
Able to work well under pressure
Exceptional time management skills
Desire to improve restaurant performance
