Position: Welder
Location: Dungannon
Reporting to: Production Supervisor
Hours of Work: 39 hours per week
We are seeking experienced and reliable personnel to join our team in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment manufacturing mobile screening equipment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Interpret and work from technical drawings, with strong mathematical ability for accurate measurements.
2. Inspect and test cuts, joints, and completed work using precision measuring instruments.
3. Apply strong practical skills to deliver high‑quality work.
4. Achieve production targets while working efficiently on the production line.
5. Ensure the safe, controlled, and efficient movement of production components.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement as part of a cross‑functional team.
Experience and Qualifications
Essential
7. Previous experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or welding environment.
Desirable
8. Experience welding using a variety of methods.
9. Experience working within a similar industry or production environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
10. Self‑motivated with high levels of energy and commitment.
11. Strong team-working skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
12. Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
