Position: Special Educational Needs Teaching AssistantLocation: Royston, United KingdomContract Type: Full-time Hours: 08:30 - 16:30Start Date: ASAPPay Rate: £14 - £15 per hour
What Youll Do:
* Provide one-on-one assistance to students, ensuring their individual learning goals are met.
* Assist with the implementation of specialized learning plans and educational interventions.
* Create and maintain a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
* Monitor and report on students academic and social-emotional development.
* Support students during outings, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
What Were Looking For:
* A genuine passion for working with children and young people with special educational needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
* Relevant experience or qualifications in special education (desirable but not essential).
