Location: Minster, Ramsgate (hybrid considered)
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 DOE

Key responsibilities
* Develop and execute a PPC strategy across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads
* Audit and optimise accounts to boost ROAS, CPA, and CTR
* Manage significant advertising budgets for maximum return
* Mentor and manage one team member, fostering growth
* Explore and test new ad channels and formats
* Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates
* Collaborate with e-commerce and content teams
* Produce detailed performance reports for stakeholders
* Use analytics tools to forecast and inform strategy
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years managing large-scale PPC campaigns in e-commerce
* Proven expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads
* Strong strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset
* Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
* Experience mentoring at least one team member
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
