We are looking for an SEN Teacher for our Meadows View School in Stamford, Lincolnshire.
Position: SEN Teacher
Location: Meadows View School, Stamford, PE9 2JL
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Type: Permanent, Term Time only

About The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupil’s achievement and ability to develop.
This is a great opportunity for a SEN Teacher keen to develop creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding, and you will be working in a school with a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in decisions.
We are looking for someone experienced in teaching a range of subjects, who shares our vision to empower vulnerable young people to be happy and independent. The successful candidate must be familiar with and comfortable adopting a therapeutic approach to working with SEN/SEMH/Autistic pupils. You should be calm, engaging, resilient, and innovative in your teaching style, motivated by helping every pupil reach their potential.
Requirements
* Previous experience teaching in an SEN school or working with pupils with complex needs.
* Ability to plan fun and engaging sessions.
* UK QTS or equivalent.
About Us
Our New Options Autism School is a specialist school for young people aged 5-11 with autism and complex communication needs. The school will open in Easter 2025 with capacity for 25 pupils.
